李旭,男(1978.01-),河北辛集人,博士,研究员,河北省光电信息材料重点实验室副主任,博士生导师,坤舆优秀学者;全国光电功能材料与器件专家委员会常务委员,中国稀土学会会员,中国发光学会会员,中国颗粒学会会员,中国电子学会会员;《发光学报》青年编委。

研究方向

1、荧光粉及发光器件:固相法、燃烧法、水热法、溶胶凝胶法等制备稀土离子掺杂发光材料及其在白光LED器件、离子检测、防伪及生物医学等领域应用;

2、无机纳米材料的制备途径及形貌的控制:通过一锅法、水热法等化学方法合成形貌可控的纳米材料,并通过离子掺杂、表面修饰等手段调控材料的性能;

3、全色发光碳点的制备及发光机理研究,并将其应用于白光LED光致发光器件及新型量子点发光器件(QLED);
4、电双稳器件的制备及性能研究:作为新型阻变存储器件,电双稳器件逐渐受到关注,通过制备新型具有双稳性能的材料和优化电双稳器件的结构提高其性能。
