个人简介
主要从事低维半导体纳米材料带隙调控及其光电性能研究,主持国家自然科学基金-青年基金、省部级自然科学基金项目。目前已在Nat. Nanotechnol.、Chem. Soc. Rev.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、ACS Nano、Nano Lett.等国际权威学术期刊发表相关SCI论文30余篇(ESI 高被引论文),获得专利2项,论文Google Scholar引用已超过3300次,h 指数21,并获2019年国家自然科学二等奖(排名第4)及2017年湖南省自然科学一等奖(排名第3)。
