个人简介

乔双,1982年生,男,365365最快线路检测中心365365最快线路检测中心,教授,博导,河北省光电信息材料省级重点实验室副主任,河北省青年拔尖人才,河北省自然科学基金杰出青年、优秀青年获得者。2014年于中国科学院半导体所超晶格国家重点实验室获凝聚态物理博士学位,2017年8月至2019年8月在中科院北京纳米能源与系统研究所访问交流。近年来一直从事低维半导体纳米材料及其异质结的制备、表/界面调控、光电/光热电性能和器件构筑等方面研究。
